If your brushes on your Hoover SteamVac has stopped spinning, it most likely is a result of this turbine going bad. You should first remove the brushes, and rinse thouroughly with water to remove anything lodged in the brushes including pet hair, lint, or new carpet fuzz. If your brushes still do not spin after cleaning the brushes, your turbine gear has gone bad. This part fits the older Spin Scrub models, and does not fit the newer V2, Agility, or the All Terrain models. All models begining F58##-### use this part.
